Our rates and shipping methods are described below.
Items will be shipped by Canada Post expedited Parcel.
Our shipping and handling fee covers the cost of postage and packaging and may exceed the actual postage amount.
Please note, GST and/or QST or HST may be added to shipping charges.
Shipping fee and GST/HST/QST (if applied) will be calculated
and displayed in the shopping cart after you have selected the shipping destination.
Delivery times for Postal Service shipping methods are only approximate.
Canada - 4-10 business days to all major centers.
Continental USA - 7-10 business days to all major centers.
Non-Continental USA - 25-28 business days to all major centers.

International customers please note that the shipping costs quoted in your order are for packages weighing approx 1 - 2 lbs.
If heavier items are ordered (needlework frames, multiple kits, floss-a-way bags, bell pull hardwear etc) additional shipping charges will apply.
In those cases we will charge actual shipping costs. We will notify you if the shipping rate will be different to that displayed in the cart.
International customers are also advised to check with their local customs agencies to determine if any
additional customs charges, duties or taxes apply to the shipment within their country.
We are not responsible for any of these additional costs.
